Violante Nero Di Troia - Rivera 2012

The wine is aged for 12 months in vitrified concrete tanks with micro-oxygenation. It is then released after at least 3 months of bottle aging. The result is a highly enjoyable wine to serve at 16°C-18°C, perfect to be enjoyed on its own or paired with soups, pasta sauces, and meats.
