This is a young and graceful red wine, with a loose structure and good aromatic complexity. With a ruby red color, it presents a fresh and fruity aroma, with dominant notes of cherry and black cherry. On the palate, it exhibits a velvety and round flavor. It pairs well with moderately flavored appetizers, seasoned white meats, simple red meats, as well as salted fish such as eel.
