Château Croix May 2016

Fresh and delicate, with subtle floral notes (acacia, honeysuckle) refreshed by hints of mint. Chalk and citrus (citron) come through on the second nose. Purely aromatic with clear lemon zest. Beautiful length supported by a dense and fine chalky structure.
